Devil Fruit Ruling

With devil fruits if you want a specific devil fruit for your character, you will have to post up the character app and have it approved. We ask that people do not also pounce on as many logias as they can handle so I would like to say that it is one logia per account as well.

Some devil fruits must be restricted in terms of their power to avoid characters being too over powered such as the Paw Paw no Mi and thus they will need to be nerfed.

Logia - Logias will be allowed to be in their element constantly however when attacked by surprise like in the series they will be still be able to be touched | harmed.

Paramecia - Paramecia fruits will need to be nerfed depending on the conditions of the fruits power, thing such as the Gomu Gomu no Mi are fine but as previously mentioned overpowered fruits such as the Paw Paw no Mi must be nerfed.

Zoan - Zoan fruits will be allowed 8 forms of their choice the last form may be a monster. However if the user of the fruit chooses to become an awakened zoan user they are forever stuck as an awakened form and unable to revert back into previous forms. Awakened form however are much stronger and faster than any other forms.

Each fruit should be given at least 3 levels of power. It is up to the user of the fruit when they have reached full mastery but please avoid a quick jump from being a novice to complete and utter mastery as it tends to ruin the journey for others.
